Returns  & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Four Friends Mahjong. We're committed to providing elevated designs and delivering  products made with the highest quality craftsmanship. We hope they bring joy to your game of Mahjong. 

Shipping Guidelines

You can expect your order to ship or be ready for pickup within 2-3 business days, often even sooner! â€‹ 

 

We provide free shipping for all orders via UPS Ground in the U.S. for orders over $559. We do not process or ship on holidays or weekends, so please expect about 10 business days to receive your order. Some items are made to order (such as apparel) and will be shipped separately and take a bit longer - about two weeks.

We offer limited international shipping. All custom duties are to be paid by the purchaser. This amount is generated directly by UPS and must be collected prior to items being released by customs.

LOCAL PICKUP

Do you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, close to our headquarters? If you'd like to pick up your order, select "LOCAL PICKUP" under shipping options. You'll receive an order confirmation notification and when your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive another notification with instructions included. 

Returns and Refund Policy

We take great pride in creating high quality products and delivering those products to you in perfect condition. 

 

As a small business, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we will not be able to replace your order. Please provide detailed information about the condition of your item(s) including providing supporting photos.  If our customer support team approves a return authorization for your damaged item(s), we will provide you with detailed next steps including how to return the item to us for your choice of a refund or replacement (if available).

 

LOST IN TRANSIT

If your item(s) were lost in transit and you never received your order, please reach out to us. Our customer support team will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate your package. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer you the choice of a refund or replacement (if available.)

Preorders

Once a preorder is placed, we cannot accomodate exchanges or cancellations.
