SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Shipping is via FedEx or UPS and typically takes 3-8 business days.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All prices include packaging and handling fees.
Free Shipping Shipping is free in the continental United States for orders of $150 or more. Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or US locations outside of the continental US.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our carrier's website.
Delivery Issues If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately at info@fourfriendsmahjong.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
