Our lush protea mat combines shades of pink and teal. Proteas, native to South Africa, are known for their large, showy blooms and dense foliage. Fun fact: The word Protea comes from the Latin word Proteus, which honors the Greek sea god who could change shapes - not unlike your Mahjong hand, which frequently needs to pivot and change.  This mat pairs particularly well with Free Spirit Teal or Cat Lady Rose tiles.
